Every building is designed in its own unique way. Thus each elevator, escalator, handicap lift, freight, residential or dumbwaiter lift requires a written maintenance specification that is based from the manufacturer's recommendations and the building's needs. Lone Star Elevator Group can write your preventative maintenance specifications, renegotiate or place your existing contract out for bid.
Maintenance Evaluations are conducted at the owner's or property manager's request. This is an in depth evaluation of the contractor's preventative maintenance program based on manufacturer's recommendations and the terms of the maintenance contract. The evaluation notates deficiencies or violations that is shared with both the building and the elevator contractor and should be corrected in a timely manner. This will prevent pre-mature failing of critical components all while prolonging the life span of the equipment.
Lone Star Elevator Group's inspectors are trained and certified by a nationally accredited program. Inspections will range from acceptance tests to decommissioning of units, pre-inspection tests, temporary construction usage, lock-out / tag-out, annual and five year full load testing.
